Guide to reading

Three ways to the most out of The Good Life Book:

  1. Take it slow. The book written is in how-to/workbook format so recommended pace is to complete a maximum of ONE chapter per day.
  2. Complete the exercises. Plan to take notes as you read in a notebook or electronic format. Future chapters build on your answers to earlier exercises.
  3. Plan (read), Do, Review in chunks. Look for opportunities to discuss a chunk of what you’ve done with others. Pause reading the book to make a real-life decision, to take an action or to run an experiment around one of the exercises. If you find yourself getting bogged-down in a chapter then skip on to the next chapter/part of the book, and return later.

…and remember to HAVE FUN!

This guide to be expanded soon.
